Where is my order?

Your order will be ready between 2/3 weeks depending on your country and your currier.

Can I change or cancel an order that I just placed?

Yes, you can do it within 24h maximum after your purchase.


Can I exchange my order?

What about if the package get lost?

I am sorry but we don't responsible for it if the tracking it's correct and the courier show the package as delivered.

In case that it shows as pending we can track where the package it's and claim to the courier company your purchase.


Delayed Shipping?

Lately, courier companies are taking longer than ever to deliver the goods, I am so so sooorry but I cannot be responsible once the package leave the WH and it's already under courier company.
